We are reopening for Physiotherapy assessment and treatment
Following the advice from the UK Government and the Chartered society of Physiotherapy we are now reopening our clinic for all Physiotherapy assessments and treatments that cannot be managed through a telephone or online video consultation.
This will include screening patients for COVID symptoms before they attend and as part of this you will be asked to fill a screening questionnaire 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to make sure it is safe and appropriate for you to have a face to face appointment. Clients with suspected Covid-19 symptoms, even if mild, must have been symptom free for 14 days or more (including family members) to attend an appointment.
The Physiotherapist will be wearing PPE. Clients would be required to wear masks too. Sneeze screens installed at the reception to protect staff and clients..All clients will be encouraged to wash their hands before and after their visit or use the hand sanitizers.
Clients to arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before their allocated time and should wait outside the clinic to be let in by the Physiotherapist.
All treatment couches and chairs’ surfaces are wipeable and we have strict infection control measures in place which include separating appointments by 15 minutes for cleaning and sanitising the treatment room between patients.
No family/friend allowed. However, Chaperone policy still in place.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please let us know.
Telephone or online video consultations are still considered as the primary alternative to face to face treatment, and will, therefore, continue to be available 7 days a week. Call 07872627645 or email: email@example.com to make an appointment.
